To end the month of October, Delphine features a new installment to add to their lineup. Making his debut in the Adult industry is Wesley Pipes with “Girl Next Door” .

“Working with Lexi and Alex on a horror theme shoot was quite different. The two were so pleasant and professional to work with, even though we were shooting late into the night to set the mood. While it is my first time directing in this world, they made it a stress-free environment to explore all my ideas. The intimacy between them was undeniable, as it was apparent when we could barely pull them apart to end the scene.”—said Director Wesley Pipes.

The story showcase Lexi Luna as Finley who just moved to a new home after her divorce. She notices from the get-go that the last owners left a lot of things behind. Every day she starts to hear weird noises and sounds thru the walls. One day, one of her neighbors, Mildred, played by Alex Coal, comes to visit. What no one knows is that Mildred is not just a neighbor, but she has a secret that won’t be revealed till the end.
